Carpaccio of smoked salmon with deviled eggs

    Some time ago, I was thinking about preparing something delicious and fresh, that could be ideal for a near summer day. I remembered that I had some smoked salmon and my fresh dill was full grown. So here what I did:

    I took the smoked salmon and I prepared it on a plate like carpaccio;
    I added some lemon juice and some pepper;
    I took some fresh dill and put it on top;
    I let the dish stay in the fridge for about 30 minutes;
    In the mead time I prepared some hard boiled eggs;
    let them cool down a bit and mixed the red with sweet mustard and dill;
    I used this to fill in the egg.

    And here you have a nice summer dish very testy and protein rich!
